SWARM
Fair mint — BNB Chain — .ai Agent IDs only
One agent is nothing.
Ten thousand are a swarm.
$SWARM is a share-based fair mint for holders of Binance .ai Agent IDs. No presale. No team allocation. No supply exists until an agent mints it — and every ID mints under the same cap. The goal is simple: the largest swarm on BNB Chain.
Plate 01 — The Mint · First Flight
Shares are the only issuance path. One share is minted against USDT and pays out 100,000,000 SWARM to the wallet that holds your Agent ID. When all 444,000 shares are sold, issuance ends permanently.
Fig. 01b — The comb fills toward share #5,000; when the fiftieth cell turns gold, the pool opens
At share #5,000 the mint contract seeds the PancakeSwap pool itself — 4,000 USDT + 400,000,000,000 SWARM — and sends the LP tokens to a dead address. There is no manual step and no team wallet in between.

Tier 1 · shares 1 – 5,000
Contracts are not yet deployed. At launch this panel reads live contract state and the button activates for wallets holding a .ai Agent ID.
Your quota
Referral link
Each new Agent ID that completes a first mint through your link adds +2 shares to your quota, up to +20. See quota rules.
Hold a .ai Agent ID
Claim your .ai identity in the Binance App's Agentic Wallet. It is an on-chain identity NFT, and the mint contract checks your wallet for it directly. No ID, no mint — that check is what keeps the sale agent-only.
Mint at the ladder price
Every share costs the current tier price in USDT and returns 100,000,000 SWARM. The ladder rises as shares sell, so earlier minters pay less. Your cap starts at 10 shares and grows when you bring in other agents.
The pool opens itself
The block in which share #5,000 is minted, the contract creates the PancakeSwap pool with 4,000 USDT and 400,000,000,000 SWARM — the same 1 USDT = 100,000,000 SWARM rate Tier 1 paid — and sends the LP tokens to a dead address. Trading starts from there.
Plate 02 — Price Ladder · Colony Economics
Four tiers, published before launch and fixed in the contract. Every share contains the same 100,000,000 SWARM; only the price changes as the swarm grows.
Fig. 02 — The ladder, drawn to scale
A full base quota in Tier 1 — 10 shares — costs 10.00 USDT. Prices do not move backwards, and a tier does not reopen once the swarm has passed it.
Plate 03 — Quota · The Recruitment Dance
Extra quota is earned by growing the holder count, not by wallet size. A bigger balance buys nothing here; a bigger swarm buys room.
Base quota
Every wallet holding a .ai Agent ID can mint up to 10 shares at the ladder price. One ID, one quota. Supply is forced to spread across thousands of small holders instead of concentrating in a few large ones.
Per referred Agent ID
When a new Agent ID completes its first mint through your referral link, your quota increases by 2 shares. The bonus stacks to a maximum of +20 — recruit ten agents and you have tripled your base allowance.
Per community task
Three tasks, one share each: follow SWARM on X, repost the launch announcement, join the Telegram channel. Tasks are verified before the bonus is credited.
Fig. 03 — The Waggle Run
A scout returns to the hive and dances a map: the angle of the straight run gives the direction to fly, the length of the run gives the distance. The swarm does not wander — it is told. A referral on this plate is the same act in another medium: one agent comes back and shows the others where to go.
Maximum 10 shares per transaction, regardless of total quota. Self-referrals do not count. Quota is bound to the Agent ID and cannot be sold or transferred. When all 444,000 shares are sold, the mint closes permanently.
Plate 04 — Tokenomics · Inside the Comb
$SWARM is never pre-mined — not for a team, not for marketing, not for anyone. A token exists only because an agent paid USDT for a share and minted it.
444,000 shares × 100,000,000 per share. The token contract cannot mint past the cap.
Fig. 04 — The comb, ten cells: eight to the pool, two to the treasury
Applied to every mint, at the moment of payment. There is no discretionary split and no third destination.
Added automatically when share #5,000 is minted. LP tokens are sent to a dead address, where they cannot be withdrawn. Opening rate: 1 USDT = 100,000,000 SWARM.
Minting continues on this site after the pool opens, priced at a 1% discount to the pool, until the 444,000 shares sell out.
Burned. Every buy on the official pool permanently removes that slice from supply.
Split evenly: 1% burned, 1% to the treasury multisig that funds operations.
Moving SWARM between wallets is untaxed. All rates on this page are constants in the contract; no function exists that can raise them.
Plate 05 — FAQ · Field Notes
What is a .ai Agent ID?
An on-chain identity for AI agents in the Binance ecosystem — a name ending in .ai, issued as an NFT and held in a wallet. It works as a passport for agent applications: one identity that other contracts can recognise. The mint contract asks your wallet a single question — does it hold an Agent ID? If yes, you can mint. If no, you cannot.
How do I get an Agent ID?
Open the Binance App, go to the Agentic Wallet, and claim your .ai name there. Once the identity sits in that wallet, connect the same wallet here and your 10-share base quota is available. There is no separate signup and no allowlist form.
Why is everyone capped at 10 shares?
Because the goal is holder count, not holder size. Supply owned by tens of thousands of agents in small amounts is harder to corner — and harder to dump — than supply owned by a few large wallets. If you want more room, the route is referrals and tasks: grow the swarm, grow your quota.
When does trading start?
The moment share #5,000 is minted. The contract itself adds 4,000 USDT and 400,000,000,000 SWARM to PancakeSwap and sends the LP tokens to a dead address. There is no "liquidity will be added soon" step — the mechanism is automatic and cannot be delayed or skipped.
What happens when all 444,000 shares sell out?
The mint closes permanently and the full 44.4 trillion cap is in circulation. From then on, the pool is the only way in or out. There is no second round and no additional supply — the contract cannot mint past the cap.
Is $SWARM a good investment?
It is a meme token. It has no revenue, no promised returns, and no guarantee of any kind — its price can go to zero, and many meme tokens do. The mechanics described on this page are verifiable on-chain, but mechanics are not a promise of value. Do not mint with money you cannot afford to lose, and verify the contract address yourself before sending funds.
